At Kenza’s Pro, we maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene for professional lash and brow products. Therefore, the following return conditions apply.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days at kenzasacademy@gmail.com including your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive further instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that starter kits, opened lotions, tints, bleach, and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.
