We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders are shipped via PostNL or a comparable carrier.

Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days. International delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Kenza’s Pro is not responsible for carrier delays.
